I am an enthusiastic designer with a passion for textile design, illustration, and storytelling. My creative practice combines a wide range of techniques, with a focus on exploring relationship dynamics, psychology, and cultural identity. Drawing inspiration from authentic arts, especially Persian art representing my heritage, I aim to create resonant and meaningful visuals.

 

My creative practice is guided by a strong sense of observation and introspection, qualities that enable me to translate complex emotions and cultural nuances into visual form. Alongside my academic practice, I have worked as a tattoo artist for over four years, using the body as a canvas for storytelling through illustration. This experience informed my dissertation, Tattoo as a Signifier for Consumer and Cultural Identity: An Enquiry on Contemporary Perceptions of the Inked Society, exploring the connections between art, and identity.

 

In my recent practice, I wrote and illustrated my own narrative, combining traditional drawing, digital media, and Monoprinting techniques. My vivid imagination, supported by a multidisciplinary background in painting and textile design, allows me to hand-draw ideas before developing them through various applications.

 

Looking ahead, I am excited to further explore illustration, textile design, and tattoo art driven by a commitment to storytelling and a passion for bringing creative ideas to life.
